You can get em from ebay. I bought one once but not from this seller ( Icant find the old seller) but this one seems legit.

I bought a plate from that seller Dr. AMG posted.. had a good experience. The only thing I would do if I were you... make sure its OK to have them on. I almost got a $80 ticket for having them.

My cousin makes the license plates and street markers for the Philippines. He bought a stamping machine from Germany to make Euro plates which are popular in the Philippines... If a lot of people are interested, I could get some made. I will have to ask for the price if you're interested...
