I'd get a 500E rear sway bar over a SportLine (0.5 mm thicker) for a more neutral handling car.

I think that Neil was suggesting that You should order a 500E sway bar vs the sportline bar.

To buy them new, calll FastLane (site sponsor), click the link at the top of the page. If they can't get them, call Rusty (800-741-5252).

Remember that 6-cyl cars and V8 cars use different front sway bars. If you have an 400E/E420, just order the 500E sway bars front & rear.

If you have a 6-cyl sedan, either get the standard Sportline bars front & rear, or you can get what I call 'Sportline Plus' which is a stage larger, with the 'limo' front bar and 500E rear bar.

Stock (6cyl sedans) = 26.5mm front, 15.0mm rear
Sportline = 27.5mm front, 16.5mm rear
Sportline "Plus" = 28.5mm front, 18.0mm rear

You can also get an H&R rear bar from a W210 that's 20mm which will fit 6-cyl sedan, but won't fit V8 models, and I'm not sure about wagons. For more details look at the spreadsheets in this directory:
