Needed: Hardware for seat

Needed - hardware to install the third (rear-facing) seat in a 300TD Wagon. I am having a very hard time finding this. What I really need is the clip tht holds the seatback in place when the seat is in use. If anyone has one or knows where to get one I would really appreciate it.
