Washing with broom

Arghhhh, I love the car and the service but why do they freakin wash my car with a broom. They ruined the paint on my last MB and since then I have always told them not to wash my car. Well they didn't listen and washed my new 01 C320 and trashed the paint on this car. I stopped going to Devon Motor Car due to this and now I will not go back to Wilmington Motor Car due to this. I am running out of dealers in my area. It looks like my next car will be a BMW. Its a shame because I love the car but I will not deal with them trashing my car. 1 800 FOR MERC could care less when I called them about the damage. Not a very good reflection on the company. I just wanted to warn all of you stay away from Wilmington Motor Car.

P.S. The car is black and was Zaino'd to the T. Now looks like it was washed with sand paper.

Goodness! Its like some local doctors we have here that feels a patient using a pencil!

Go straight to the management about this unhealthy and unprofessional practice. This is now way to treat any car, let alone a Benz!

SACRILEGES!
