Left side Parking lights on ML320
 

I bought a '99 ML320 last week with 159K on it. It was a one owner car and has some minor issues. The most daunting right now is the parking lights on the left side do not work. They flash when unlocking the car but do not come on in either parking light nor full headlight mode. The fuses are all okay and I do not have a clue where to go from here. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. I realize that these have had some hincky electrical problems.
BTW, I have been looking for a cd or paper based shop manual for this vehicle and would appreciate some direction.
Think I will be keeping this vehicle, am really pleased with its performance and it only cost $4900. Have all the repair records and it was dealer maintained.
