hi gilly on my 2000ml430 when going from park or nuetral into reverse i get a klunk noise now i just had a new tranny put in and this noise was there before i had the tranny done. i went under the ml while my wife went through the gears and right at the transfercase is where its coming from as it turns slightly internal i put my hand on it and can feel it. have you had to deal with this sort of thing before? and can you suggest what may be the issue based on the sim" i described? thanx for your imput. ill post a pic kinda blurry though.
