2000 Rear Seat Problem
I hope someone can help me out. Few days ago I lowered one side of the rear seat all the way down to the floor. Now I'm unable to pull the seat back up.
It seems that the lever is not pulling the steal wire under the seat to unlock the seat. If you have any suggestions on the best way to fix this please let me know. THX. |

Hold the release knob used for folding the seat while you lift up the backrest of the seat. Then use the levers to reposition the seat.

yeah, they can be tough. make sure you don't have anything stuck under the seat- happens to me all the time. make sure you jerk it really good- the hilarious part is that when the ml first came out i saw a MB executive at a auto show and he couldn't work the seats either!!!
