A/C compressor: Anyone have one wear out?
 
My A/C compressor seems to be leaking a little refrigerant oil. The system works fine, but then we have not had any 95 degrees days yet with 80 percent humidity.

So I was wondering if anyone has had to replace their A/C compressor yet. My vehicle is a 1999 ML 320 with 108K miles. I'm trying to get an idea how long the compressors last in the ML vehicles.

I just replaced my A/C compressor in my ML320 (140,000 mi). I think this was exceptional considering the use I got out of it.
