Anyone know how to remove the tail light lens on a 2000 ML430? I removed the two 11mm nuts on the inboard side of the lens but there appears to be another concealed one holding it in place......need to replace a burnt out bulb.

there is a clip on the part of the lens thast is toward the front of the ML, you may need to pull it with a little force, you should not damage anything if you removed both of the 10mm plastic screws.

Try pivoting the lens away from the vehicle when you remove it. Just watch the front clip doesn't spin out of alignment and if it does, just realign it when you reattach the lens. It is fairly easy but the backing is plastic, so don't use too much force.
