99 ML320 inside rear tire wear
My 99 ml320 is experiencing excessive rear tire wear on the inside of the tires(both sides). I've definitely worked this vehicle, its got almost 190k miles.
The shocks have never been replaced. I know I need to do that, but is this the reason for the wear, or is there something else? I'd like to fix the problem before getting new rubber. Thanks in advance for any help. This forum has saved me fortune in repair costs already, I'm hoping someone can help me with this one. MTC |

Rear camber can cause inside tire wear & that would be related to sagging of the rear springs.
The rear CAMBER is regulated by ride height & that is spring controlled. The rear toe-in is also adjustable & could be the problem...HAVING the alignment checked is the starting point...
