2001 ml320 alarm sounds for no reason

Hello all, first off thanks for the help with my oil sensor issues. Replaced the oil level sensor a few weeks ago. Not all that bad considering I did it on my back(had lots of time to let it sit and drain after the pan was removed). I'm hoping for a little more help. The alarm on my ml goes off approx. 5min after it is set(last night 4 times at 4 am). It happened 3 times with none of the doors locked finally stopped after using the tow switch. Anybody have any ideas I really don't want a trip to the local mercedes shop without some ammunition( they are'nt that good). Thanks
