Post Can anyone tell us how to change brakes and oil

We have a 2001 ML320 and we need to change brakes, and oil and reset the wrench.

For the brakes, what about brakes sensor etc.
and for the oil, how do we reset the wrench ?

I am mechanically inclined, but I've been paying Mercedes to do the work, but it is getting very expensive and I cannot afford it now.

Here is how you reset the wrench, which is called the FSS (flexible service system I believe).

Changing brake pads & rotors is no problem, there is a wire going to one of the pads but otherwise it's standard. Remove wire from old pad, reattach to your new pads. Typically you replace rotors every other pad change.
