ML500 brake switch installation
 
Hi folks:

First post. Good to meet you. My mechanic is being told by the local Mercedes dealer that I can't put a brake switch on my 2005 ML500. This makes the vehicle a verrry bad choice for me. Help!

Do you mean a brake pedal switch or something else?

Brake switch for a trailer hook up. Without a brake switch the power coming through the 7 pin connector blows the brake light fuse.

I don't know if link below is helpful or not. It deals with my installation of electric brake controller on my ML. My controller is a Prodigy. I've not had any problem with fuses blowing or anything else.
