Oil leak

My 98 ML320 has a few of oil leak at base of engine oil filler neck. I plan to buy oil filler neck and gasket seal to replace by myself. Is it a difficult job ? Does anyone have done it before? What is this part number?

Your advice will be appreciated.

The neck just attaches much like the oil cap itself would. The neck is mainly just an extension. There should be a part number on the neck itself somewhere, probably cast in to to plastic.
