darn left the turnk light on. do I need a new battery.
I left the tunk open for about a week. The trunk light was on. I check the voltage on the battery it read 11.5 volts. The lights power locks radio still works, but did not bother to start. I closed the trunk and place a trickle charger on the battery last night when I found out the problem.
I don't know the age of the battery but it look fairly new (I purchase the vehical used). I hope I did not just kill the battery. What do you folks think. Do you folks have experience with these things. thanks |
Call Roadside assistance, they'll jump it for you or replace the battery for just the price of the battery IIRC.

thanks gilly sound like good advice.
thanks gilly. I have he battary charged up. If I run into problem I will call mercedes road side assistance. If they are only going to charge of the battery sounds like a good deal.
When my battery goes I like the idea of having a mercedes battery. blau |
Left my ML at a long term parking lot at the airport this Xmas. Overhead hatch light was left in the "on" position, and it was daylight, so I didn't notice.
Vehicle was completely dead when we returned. Shuttle driver gave us a jump, and all was well ever since... |
