Wiper Blades

I just took a closer look at the wiper blades on my 2007 ML320 CDI; and they appear to be two sided and reversible. They are also curved on both sides with the unused side acting as a wind deflector to press them harder against the glass. Pretty neat engineering, if I'm reading these correctly. Are these new, or just new to me?

I believe they are Bosch Aerotwins?
