Code Help - Transmission slips from 3rd to 4th
I have the following problem with my 2000 ML320. When I drive the truck it runs perfectly except from when the truck shifts from 3rd to 4th. gear. Once 4th gear engages it shifts fine into 5th and if i need to downshift, the truck does it perfectly. We ran a scanner on it and got the following code.
C1141 b34/2 0 b34/1 ESP pressure sensor 2/1 signal improper Sometimes when driving around 45-50 mph and i accelerate it the transmission seems to go crazy and disengages completely (as if i was in neutral). I have to stop, turn off the vehicle and then once I turn it on again if works fine. My biggest problem is that before any of this happened I shipped the truck overseas and I don't trust the MB dealership overseas. I'm extremely concerned in regards to this...any help would be greatly appreciated it. P.S. I hope is not that my transmission is fried |
