Accelerator Cable Problem
 
I have a 2000 ML 320 with 80,000 miles, The accelerator cable has been replaced 3 times by the Dealer while under warranty. Upon acceleration, there seems to be a slight sticking. The new cables seem to last around 20,000 miles then they start sticking again. Are the tech's missing something or is this just a bad design problem?
