Question 2003 G55 Reliable?

I am considering buying a 2003 G55 from a local mercedes dealer that has 14,000 miles. It drives great and is in excellent condition. Does anyone know how the reliability is for the G-wagon, specifically the AMG G55?

And there's an even greater depth of knowledge about G's here: http://tinyurl.com/e8x7t

There have been a lot of complaints about that vintage of G55's as far as ride harshness and poor braking. That was fixed when they made it super charged. For the money, there's just not enough improvement in the performance of the non-supercharged G55's vs the standard G500's to justify the added cost.

Now, the supercharged versions are a different story.
