does anyone know how to reset the FSS for the 06 R350? Thanks!

Read your owner's manual. It is described in there. Mine is under Flexible Service System in the Driving section

I am told that some service advisors are not capable of resetting the FSS. Be sure the doors are all closed and you hold your mouth slightly open.
