2000 ML320 Bumper Fog Lights?
 

Are the holes in the lower bumper picture attached designed for fog-lights? I found a set of lights on myhotmercedes.com but I am not sure if they are for the lower bumper. I checked and I don’t see any wiring so I am not sure if it is actually designed for lights.

Those are cooling vents for the front brakes channeling air to the disc brake area. I would not block em.

Those foglights fit the post 200 models and have a different bumper with the foglights fitting in the upper part of the bumper.

There should be lots of them on the street.
