Is this the drain plug for the radiator.

Hello,

I got some picture here. Can people here confirm that this is the drain plug for the radiator.

Also can anyone confirm that to drain. Turn tap 1/4 to 1/2 ccw and pull out to drain.

thanks

A lot easier just to pull the lower hose to drain. My 2 cents.

I agree with Azinn.
Heat and plasic; not usually a good combination! Could have a possible chalk and cheese result - like breaking the plastic drain plug which good be as expensive as liquid gold to replace

Drain Plug

1. that is not the drain plug (I will try to take a pic of it and send you private message in a day or so)
2. I completely agree with 2 prior posts....pull the hose.

If you still want to do it the hard way, perhaps this will help:
coolant change...
