1998 ML 320 No heat
 
A firend of mine has a ML 320 that is blowing cold air even though the heater is on. What could be the problem? Thank in advance for your help.

The ML doesn't have a heater valve! Uses a blend air system.

Has a servo-motor on the blend air door to regulate heat.. MOST likely a bad blend air door motor.
