ML430 rear seats

Hi all!
I'm relatively new to the Mercedes world and have recently purchased a 1999 ML430. Does anyone know if the 3rd row rear seats were standard or an option on that model? Also, if they were an option, are the brackets (on the cargo floor) and the hinges in the wheel wells standard on all models?

I can't seem to find this info anywhere else.

Thanks,

Bos

You can have the third row seat installed by your dealer. I forget whether or not it was available from the factory.

Thanks for responding! I have the seats and am selling them but I get asked whether I am including the hardware that is built-in to the interior.

My question is: Is the hardware installed on all models, with the potential to just drop the seats in, or is the hardware only on the models that came with the 3rd row seats installed?

NO, 3rd row seats were not even options in 98-99 model years. so you should take them off and sell them with your seats, also the seat belts. How much are you selling for?

If that's the case, then how is it that I have it installed on my 1999 ML430? :D
