2000 ml 320 misfiring

i have a ml 320 miss fireing on 6 and did alot to it injector coil pack replaced bad wires replaced and plugs and the moved parts around and still only on 6 is the misfire someone please help

sounds like you may need to reset and relearn the sensor gear adaptation, you have likely repaired the misfire, but since the crank sensor adaptation is off, the misfire reoccurs. i know you can reset the adaptation with factory tool, not sure if you have one available, but one would think you could reset it by disconnecting the battery for a few minutes, if you go the battery route, be sure the key is not in the ignition when you disconnect it. you will need to relearn adaptation by driving in 3rd gear while keeping the rpms under 3k for at least one minute. hope this helps.

thank you i'll try it i am a mechanic trying to help a friend out and it seems take i was getting a bad head ache from this it was driving me nuts i usually don't work on the high end cars but maybe i should learn more for better money lol
