ML 320 2002 Rear Door Locks
 

Both rear Doors won't open from inside or outside after activating Child-proof Locks. The snipper button is working normal with remote locking and there is an audible function going on at the rear locks. However both the outer and inner door handle feel disengaged. Please help

In the USA MB stopped using child locks back in the 70's, due to law suits.

Most likely a door lock failure.
