99 ML320 Rear springs broken, need help finding Sachs/KYB shocks
 

Ok so I searched and found the threads pointing to order sachs/kyb shocks/spring assy for like 81 bux but it says it is for the ML430, will this work on my 99 ML320?

Also want the latest "re-valved" version, does anyone know the part numbers? I know the MB part is 163-320-23-13 but what is 163-320-24-13? Left or right side? I do not have the spare tire carrier on the back. Help! haha.

anybody? I searched and found the 6-7 page thread but that is from 2005/2006 and all those sources are dried up it seems.

I saw your post regarding shocks. I too am looking for info on rear shocks. I saw at some forums that people fit 1633202313 on older MLs but they have to drill out some mounting hole. I cannot find any info on the actual process. Hopefully someone here fitted newer shock to older ML and can share his findings.

I replaced front shocks with Monroe Reflex and they feel softer over bumps than stock as they have updated valving.

Anyone who fitted 1633202313 to older ML please advise on procedure :)
