GET THE EXTENDED WARANTY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 

if I did not get the extended starmark waranty when I purchased my ml 320 last year I WOULD BE OUT THOUSANDS!!! since last aug It has needed both cats,fuel pump,fuel regulator,rear hatch latch,eng harmonic balancer,window switches,+sunroof repairs! thank god I got that extra waranty! the dealer in la area is better then the dealer in las vegas they are the only ones in town and have no competition. in LA there a 100 dealers so you get better service! good luck john...........................:cool:

did it fail or was it exchanged proactively? Which dealer?

the harmonic balancer failed! the outer ring came half way off on an angle the dealer said it was a common problem. bad rubber. hope this helps you..............................

Thank you. I had asked my dealer last time it was in the shop to exchange it proactively, but they thought it was not necessary.
