Smile 2000 ML320 Misfire, codes P0300, P0302, P0303, P0304, P0305

Halo, my friends MB has 157kmiles, fairly new MAF and regular maintenance.
Vehicle drives normally without power loss or hesitation.
Recently got CEL, scanned for above codes. Erased, test drive, no codes. CEL came back in few days.
Where to start with diagnosis?
Thank you.
