Water in a bath is ok,but mud baths are supposed to be more rejuvinating. So using that as an argument you can then say that off-roading is a healthy pastime,so who needs exercise!! Bear

Howdy Bear,
Exercise is very important You must be in good physical shape to handle a Mog off road. Here are some examples; Climbing into and falling out of the cab are both cardio undertakings Having a 100lb+ tire to mount is good strength exercise. Then crawling around and up into the undercarrage is great for flexabilty. Then with the 404 you get a great upper body workout when driving because there is no power steering. Then at the end of the day sitting around the camp fire you have 2 more physically demanding hazards. Lock jaw-that's from all the lies you tell about how great you were And then the very strenuous (Ask Kuan) 5 liter lager lift
