Rack and Pinion overboosted
 

I've got an 08 ML320 CDI that seems to have some sort of steering issue where the rack feels massively over boosted. Going around turns with one hand is sometimes borderline dangerous as the wheel twitches and feels like maybe the rack valving is screwed. Anybody else had this problem? I'm thinking about just ordering a remanned rack and putting it in to see if this fixes the problem. Just not sure if I should stay away from certain brands. Rock Auto has a A1 Cardone for about $300 and then Duralast at the local stores. I'm assuming either of these should be fine since most just pull them apart look over the parts and replace all the soft bits and put it back together.
