brake squeal GLK350 2011
 

This GLK is flummoxing me with squealing brakes. Not all of the time, but often enough, cold or hot to be annoying. Car only has 35k on the odometer. Bought certified a year ago from dealer. Dealer is not fixing this despite it being in the shop now three times. Pads look good, rotors good. Stops as normal. Any ideas?

Did someone do a brake job and use cheap AutoZone or Advanced Auto parts?

Agree. Just install some premium brake pads and it should go away. Very common problem with the econo brake pads.

The dealer is the only shop that has ever touched this car. They sold it to the original owner and I bought it from the original dealer. They are falling down on the job. Just wondering if squealing is common on these glks.
