ML 500 grill wanted
 

I am looking for an ML 500 grill.

Only the original OEM, not an aftermarket upgraded one with 3M chrome want-to-be strips.

There is a difference between the ML500 grill and the ML55 grill I believe.. anyways here are the differences..
01. Just the chromestar with black grill
02. Chromestar with 3 chrome stripes
03. Chromestar with 3 chrome stripes with the inside painted silver
04. New style with spoilers.. very ugly in my opinion.. and probably blocks the wind flowing into the radiator.. I know their is another grill on the botton..

I like no.2 I think it looks the best on my Azure Blue ML =P
just buy from dealer... its worth the money! Big difference... in appearance... and get the 2002 headlights too!

I am with you, # 2 looks best and that's what I am looking for. I have a black/tan 2000 430, and the partial chrome grill will make it shine!!

I went to the dealer and he wants nearly US$400, that seems excessive.

I already put the tailgate chrome handle on and it looks great.

I would love the headlights, but they are very expensive.

If you hear of any more reasonably priced parts, let me know, new or used in good condition.

In my city a ML 500 chrome grill, I bought 2 for two customers already... and they are just under $400 CAnadian that is equivalent to $236 US.. that is straight off the MB Parts Department.. Maybe you should ask them how much a ML55 grill cost?? Or go to another mercedes dealership and get a quote from them.. The chrome grill is so easy to install, 10 phillips screw, after you take them out turn it vertical and comes out with no effort.
