Hard initial start-ups
 

When I first start the G-wagon in the morning it seems like the engine is getting to much gas?,I need to turn over a couple of times before it starts. And when starts rich fumes are coming out the tail pipe and the engine is not running smooth at all. This continues for a couple of minutes, then the vehicle goes back to normal at idling. Once the vehicle is warmed up, it's find. Only when engine is cold. I've removed the one cold start injector and it's spraying find and no drips either. Could I be overlooking something right under my nose?
