I think the only source for parts in the US is Euro Tech Services. Price depends on condition but probably less than 10k. Tell us more about it. Pictures?
I was under the impression that --09 models had the 617 engine and the -07 models had the 616 engine. Which engine does it have?--forget that comment. I just remembered that the 309 is the bus version. That probably has the 352 engine. I think a fair amount of those buses were imported to the US so you may even be able to find one in a junkyard somewhere for spare parts.
