harmonic balancer replacement
 

does anybody know if i need to replace my harmonic balancer,

i have a 2000 ml 430, march 29 production period, wondering

if it has the new verson

I may be wrong, but I believe it only affects the 98-99 series motors, in the 6-cyl. configuration.

I would get it checked out anyway...

Yes it does affect most V6's and V8's well into the 2000 year models. Also has a couple of photos of the part and what to look for. ;)
