Programming Keyless Remote
 
I have an ML320 with keyless remote. One of the remotes quit working and I got another one from a junk yard.

Can anyone tell me how to program the replacement?

I see this alot, especially "new remotes" off of EBay.
It WILL NOT work, these are vehicle specific. The remote won't work from another truck any more readily than the key blade will work in the ignition. If you need a new remote key you'll need to order one for that truck.

Hi I have the original remot eand on eday the battery died and it no longer functioned, is there a teach routine some has tried and made it work again. Please advise.

Mine '96 210 has a synchronization procedure printed in the owner's manual.
