Torsion Bar Squeaking?

Hello Guys,

Suddenly my car starts making squeaking noise (see the picture.. ) I put a arrow where when you shake it starts making noise.. I was wondering if anyone has this problem before.. the squeaking noise only happens on low speed, but when the car runs 40 km and up the sound goes away.,. I believe the shaft needs to be replaced.. do I have to return the core after? what is that suspension part called? Thanks guys.. The passenger side is fine, but the driver side is the culprit...
