Does anyone know how to remove the fedner flares and the trim piece on the tailgate of the ML55? Thanks

The fender flares have bolts from the bottom inside lip. I have not taken off the trunk piece

Thanks for he reply--I took a peek, and the inside of the flare is smooth, so I do not see where the bolts would go. Do you mean I would have to remove the wheel well liner to access the bolts from inside? What to the scre into?
