Uncommanded Braking

My 98 ML320 has a reoccurring brake problem. I get uncommanded braking on a sporatic basis. The only way I detect this is the vehicle looses power to the point it does not want to move. When I check the wheels, the front passenger brake disc is very hot, much more so than the others. If I let the vehicle sit for 15 minutes or so, I can drive off and it is fine until the next occurance. MB replaced the master cylinder and front calipers and discs, pads, etc under warranty to help solve the problem. For about two years it did not reoccur. Now the gremlin is back. Any ideas on what the problem is? Wheel speed sensor?? I get no instrument panel warnings/lights when this occurs. I also get no pulling to one side in the steering which seems very strange if one caliper is malfunctioning. Thanks!
