Since I'm a Mercedes newbie, my database of MB techs is rather small. However, I have had a couple of great experiences with Fred's ******** on West Shore Road in Warwick. Fred has been working with MB gassers and diesels for decades. He usually has a number of nice used Benzes of both varieties on his lot. His work is good, he's quick, and his rates are reasonable.

Fred also strikes me as a decent & honest guy. Both times I went there fearing relatively expensive repairs. Yet he found the root causes of the problems and fixed them very cost effectively.

Note, he doesn't always have a receptionist on duty- so you might get an answering machine. I have found that he returns my calls in a timely fashion.
