Hey Guys!

I just want to get some feed-back about any experiences at Mercedes Benz Of Manhattan. They are the ONLY Factory Owned store in the United States and I would hope that service is "above and beyond". I just was awarded a job with them and look forward to it. I am leaving Volvo after 4 years to follow the "Silver Star" and live a dream that I had since i was born. I hope i can be a positive contact at the dealership for all of you MercedesShop guys!

Never needed service there, but I have bought parts. They seem to have EVERYTHING in stock :D

Bought parts there as well. They had parts for my 28 yr old W123, and what they didn't have, they ordered within the day. Unlike some other dealers who abhor older cars of their marque, they were actually nice and helpful (well, as nice as NY'ers ever are :D )

I love their new location. Everything is state of the art and I have bought parts from there. I do appreciate their part availability.
