Mercedes Benz of Cherry Hill -- The Worst!!

Don't go there unless you're ready and willing to be gouged. I've had mb's all my life, and i've dealt with large number of indy's and dealers. But these guys are the worst -- by far!! Trust me!

Could they even be worse than R&H in Fort Washington? I have been convinced for some time that they have to be the worst in the whole world. Clueless and ruthless. Don't know what they're fixing, but they'll charge you thousands to do it anyway. Maybe it's just a dealership kind of illness.

Some details would be nice. What exactly is the issue?

Their prices are horrid to start, far more than other dealers. I stopped at that point.

Since the management changed it’s probably the worst dealer in the area. I was their biggest commercial parts customer (30-40K a month). The parts department is one of the laziest on earth.

EDIT:
i just noticed the post is old, however it is still applicable to this day.

Can you PM or post the name of your shop? Would love to have a good indy in the area.
