So my sister brought her 04 CLK320 in for an oil change. She got it back and started to drive back home. She noticed a lot of smoke coming out from the back, pulled over and not a moment later the check engine light came on.

she brings it back to the dealer and they found out that they failed to suck out all of the old oil before filling it back up with 8 quarts and overfilling the engine potentially causing serious harm. I told her to make sure at the very least she gets an extended warranty on the engine for the dealers screw up. They are refusing and so is MB USA.

In short, STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER!!!!

I just found out today that they want $199 for an alignment when MB of Wilmington charges $99. All the while claiming lowest labor rates in the area. Id go to Wilmington over CH.
