Cops DONT train their own dogs,
its done -supposedly-by "experts"~~ that is officially,
( but we are in a criminal manufacturing country, in the main criminal manufacturing state here), so --hey who's gonna squack about something like this actually taking place??
you're just not being a good little conservative if you speak out, your one of those damn "anarchists"!
the drug shiffing dog being trained by the officer himself --not only mincing any reasonable chance of honesty in any way right out of the picture,, what they are actually doing is teaching the dog to signal a positive "hit" on cue, just like was depicted in the last episode of "the good Wife".
only difference is the targets were Alicia and her family,
anyone else out there----NOT A DAMN THING YOU CAN DO ABOUT IT,

well there is, but you have to educate yourself about EVERYTHING the system DOES NOT WANT YOU TO KNOW.

but what was brought to light in G-vine Tx, there are more than a few local attorneys who are already going back to trials they handled and ----

the chickens ARE gonna come home to roost,~ roast the G-vine city court on this matter,

If any one unfortunately finds themselves targeted in Tarrant county, or Dallas either, the only guy I am aware of that's stand up is Jim Lollar.
randy taylor used to be a dwi type guy, but he is now sitting on the bench in big D.

There's an interesting footnote about Texas laws and marijuana. Marijuana laced edibles could get you life in jail since in Texas, it's the total weight of the edibles, not the weight of the drugs in the edibles, that's used to determine how much "possession" there is. A one and a half pound of brownies (avg weight of a box mix with added eggs, water and oil) is possession of 24 oz of a controlled substance.

I first noticed the cops pulling over people left and right in Dalworthington Gardens back in 1967.

They have not gotten any more lax about it since then. Highway 303 is a gold mine for that town.

Hard to believe in the year 2015 half our states are still taking the "no medicinal purpose" tactic. Really now, a plant that has never killed anyone, is not addictive, and AFAIK has essentially no harmful side effects? No medical purpose whatsoever.

Okay panZZee. A few weeks ago I offered you a deal where if you do not call me Harrie I won't call you Panzzee. It appears that your answer is In the above post Panzzee.

Your mischarecterization of my view toward the police is not only wrong, but malicious. I do NOT condone any wrong doing by the police or anyone else. Where you fall short of understanding that is your broad view that ALL police are evil. That kind of attitude toward the police is the kind of attitude that makes me wonder what illegal activity someone is involved with to hate ALL police so much.

I was reading about this the other day. I discussed it with some Texans that stay plugged into the politics in Austin to get their opinions and they said nothing, which told me I must have been hitting pretty close to the truth.

If the lawmakers there are pretending to work on this then it negates any chance of a petition drive to put this on the ballot for a public vote. The Republicans are concerned about this because if the issue is on the ballot they are worried that younger people will turn out like never before to vote for it. And in Texas younger voters tend to lean Dem.

Talk of a petition drive could easily be met with 'But we are working on that very thing' and cause people to actually trust the government to do what it says. (Be careful in your comments on that statement. There is a trick question wrapped up in it.)

Those that did discuss it did so by laughing it off. The private prison system there has too much stroke to let their biggest cash cow go to the slaughter house.

Today is the last day a bill can be considered. This bill is not on the docket to be considered.

So it is dead for at least the next two years.

Got busted on Pleasant Ridge a few years ago when they were finishing up widening the road. All the construction was done. There were no street lights up yet. It was about 9p. No one on the road except me and the cop. He was on the side, lights off. Busted me for 44 in a 30. There were no speed signs up. All other 4 lane divided roads here are 40 but according to the prosecutor when I fought the ticket, when there is no sign up it's a 30mph and I should know that.

The whole thing was a joke but it is what it is. I thought I was in Hazzard county and I was waiting for Boss Hog to step in. I avoid DWG at all costs and if I go through there I go below the posted limit.

Excessive water is harmful.

http://well.blogs.nytimes.com/2012/01/11/marijuana-smoking-does-not-harm-lungs-study-finds/

The new research is one of the most extensive looks to date at whether long-term marijuana use causes pulmonary damage, and specifically whether its impact on the lungs is as harmful as smoking cigarettes. The researchers followed more than 5,000 people over two decades and found that regularly smoking marijuana — the equivalent of up to a joint a day over seven years — did not impair performance on a lung function test. The test, a measure of pulmonary obstruction that looks at the amount of air a person can force out in one second after taking a deep breath, is typically worsened by smoking tobacco.
