just a guess , I am not in it:

I think the govmt reached a plateau long ago. We had a great set of plans based on solid ideals then good amendments to back them up and adjust their focus.

Then it got bloated and irrelevant. it outdated itself. Obsolete. It created the structure for governing and it continues to govern like it needs to keep doing this. its job has been done for many decades and has failed to redefine itself

govmt needs LESS things to do to get things done. too many people (or chickens with their heads off) responsible for too many things.

Theres nutting left to do! It should be run more from a local environment angle ie.. states.

more directly, its about alliances and power shifts. Subtle power shifts.

its so seems so dysfunctional because we only have access to media. there are many events happening outside our viewport. Perhaps they are minor and not worth reporting on, but many can not be reported on because they only exist to a select few.

But all those little events and changes sum up to slow shifts in approach and its success.

Consider the things you would like to have 'solved' first. What issues are you gauging the success of our govmnt by?

are they really issues that can be solved with blanket fixes?

the face of govmnt just keeps mulling these unsolvable issues around as if thats the only thing they work on.

ITS NOT TRUE! its just what they portray.

Trump has said he alone can solve terrorism. The obvious question is "how will he do that?"

Explain to me how this is an idiotic question, because really, its the ONLY question on the matter. Do you really not want to know trumps plan, if in fact one exists?

Women aren't against trump because he is a man, they are against him because he is a puffed up stupidheaded bully.

Women may also be smarter judges of character than men are. My wife is. Every time she has told me not to trust somebody I am doing business with she turns out to be right.

It's like what they teach at Ft Benning: "Consensus in not leadership". Organizations need a pointman, someone who will field the new and bold ideas and strive to achieve. Plans to do things to not always have to be policy positions. Just do it, or get out of the way for someone who can.

I spent twenty years in the RESULTS oriented business of military leadership. Audacity and aggressive nature are almost always the best way to solve a big problem. That doesn't mean mindless doings, but rather a boldly executed plan that puts the opposition off balance. We have not had that sort of leadership in the White House in many years, since before Clinton. America suffers through paralysis by analysis in many things. This has to end.
Many times no action is much preferred to wrong action. Obama has done a pretty good job of telling the difference IMHO.

Which makes me wonder why he has not already shared the solution with the current administration? Holding that hostage? Suppose he is not selected for POTUS, would he continue to not share this bounty of super intelligence? What a prince

Every moment counts! American lives hang in the balance. What is he waiting for?! He should be telling Obummer how to solve terrorism yesterday.

Who cares?
Shes got a little of the "Trump" bug, inflating her own importance. Perhaps she left when he disagreed that she alone could strategize him to victory

Good grief. He said he could fix the problem alone because he is just that good. Any good leader knows that they are only as good as the people around them. I think that is especially true for a president. If Trump actually believe that he can fix this problem on his own and not even explain how he has serious delusional problems.

His arrogance is just mind numbing.

Out of the Million and One possible interpretations of the words "I alone can solve", nothing more then a tweet, you choose to spin this one forward and make an assessment about "delusional problems" and arrogance?

That's coming from a poster who's instant association to "woman", is "dick".

There are a million and one interpretations of "I alone can solve"?

Lets hear some. Certainly it appears that the interpretation that he believes he alone can solve this complex problem is impossibly far fetched to you.
