Like I said, you people are so intent on assigning blame that you pay no attention to the brutal massacres on the ground and our own State Department's inability to name it.

It might not be any elected official's order. It could be some unelected pinhead inside the folds of corpulence at State. Think it couldn't happen?

That is major swamp acreage out there.

Hmmmmm...... Yeah, I guess he is.
Well, Drumpf isn't a politician, so we have to keep cutting him slack for any thing and every thing...
Besides, it's all Obama's fault anyway, and will be until another democrat lives in the white house

I thought it was Bush's fault. At least Soetoro kept saying that.

For five years he and his mouthpieces put any possible blame on his predecessor and took every possible credit, deserved or not. No moves toward compromise. Just constant partisan harangues. It worked for him! It sucked for his party.

No moves toward compromise? Did republicans ever say something about vowing to make Obama a 1 term president and vowing never to compromise with him on anything?

Compromise requires two parties not just one.

It sure does. BOTH parties willing to negotiate in good faith.

Do recall Obama's setting the tone in his first meeting. "I won. Elections have consequences."

Yep. Not the right way to start out. Having said that, the attacks on him personally can do that to a person. I think he should have risen above that and done the right thing but given the attitude of the GOP, I seriously doubt that even had Obama come to the table that the GOP would have met him half way.

I've been hearing that Rex is getting bummed out by what he has to put up with. So he is planning on taking some personal time back in Aubrey.

He's a tough guy. I wonder if he is taking some time off to consider just what he has gotten himself into?

You hit the nail on the head, Bot!!

An old trick is to discredit people for some reason other than what they say, just to reinforce one's own position.

There are other ways that the State Department suppresses truth or information from Congress and the American people. There are certain publications which they contract as research and "filter" the final version before they release it to Congress.

This started under the tenure of Secretary Clinton, BTW.

Compromise requires two parties not just one.

Do you know ANY political party, which, after losing an election, DOESN'T vow to make the winner a one-term incumbent? DUUUUH.

Fair point but I do not recall anyone in Congress ever saying that the most important thing (more important than running the nation) is to make
