I went to the page, i think you have to prove they actually caused you to lose money. They sent me a email last night, so no finders fee!

I just saw the email this morning. Of course the site to register with the class has been down since 830am.

so what do we need to fill out? I got the email as well but wasnt sure on how I should go about it.

If I read it correctly, you do not have to show damages to receive part of settlement. You have to have been a member/account holder during the specified time. There is a Statutory Damage Fund Claimants section for those of us not really damaged with transactions.
