Come on now guys, you know every one of us can add The Wizard of Oz to the list of our all time favorites. :p I can`t wait `till our daughter is old enough to watch it so I have an excuse to see it one more time.

In no particular order:
The Apostle
Office Space
Grosse Point Blank (I'm not sure what I like about it, but I find myself watching it over and over on cable)
Wizard of Oz
Saving Private Ryan
Godfather
Godfather II

If I had to pick one movie as the greatest ever, it would be Wizard of Oz. I got into an argument with my brother-in-law, who pays more attention to movies than I do, about the Wizard of Oz. The argument started with me saying that that Citizen Kane is the most over-rated movie ever. It's put up as if it's the greatest movie ever. I think it is a boring mess. I literally fell asleep both times I tried to watch it. He says that I am missing the point. What makes Citizen Kane so great is that it was so far ahead of its time. Well, maybe so, but it came out 2 years after Wizard of Oz, and I still watch that movie just about every year. I have seen the Wizard of Oz at least thirty times.

My second-place movie is the Godfather, with Godfather II taking a close third.

You guys mentioned a few I would have forgotten to put on my list:
Grosse Point Blank is very quirky, and I love it.
Pulp Fiction rates right up there too.

Here's what my list would have been earlier:
Legend (#1 fav, regardless of version)
Bladerunner
5th Element
almost any 'ol John Wayne movie, except that thing where he was the Chinaman(or what ever he was supposed to be)
Most Cohen bros movies
Matrix 1
Python and the Holy Grail
Replacement Killers
and, your not gonna believe this, hold onto your hat, but The Princess Diaries.
No, really!
you may barf now
