Doesnt it reeeally suck...

Some Jerk off truck driver backed his Semi into my car, then the hood came up because it didnt latch right, the fan is up against the belt, grill is smashed, the front of the car is back a couple inches, both plastic foglight covers is cracked, and one headlight is cracked and the guy didnt even leave a note!!!!! I was in school at the time, so i wasnt around to appropriately break every bone in his body. What bothers me most is that my car will never be the same again (at least to me) and I'm just gonna end up selling it. I'll have it fixed, I've got full coverage, but its just not right. I love my car! I hate people so much...
But I will get another 300CE someday, maybe immediately after I sell it this one, so theres that, only I shouldnt have to!

If the truck backing up was making a delivery, you might want to inquire at the store he delivered at, they usually keep records on delivery times and such, maybe you can go after the guy.

Sorry to hear about your car. On a scale of 1 to 10, thats a 10 on the this-sucks meter.

I don't know man, I cry for days over paint nicks. Stolen would be off the scale.

Austin.... I am in the same boat. I am going through the same ****. We'll see how both of us get out of this ordeal. Luckily, I know who damaged my car.

I would rate this a 9.5.... no one is hurt as far as I know.

Good luck with your deal, I would rather here everything comes out good, especially if it was a Benz. I hate accidents almost as much as insurance companies. DO NOT EVER GET NATIONWIDE!!!!!! Awful company, about as smart as a sack of hammers. Pricks too, always scheming....

I figure 1 of 2 things will happen for me, I get my car fixed and its never the same again, probably end up selling it and the premium shoots up. Or they total it, give me some money, I keep the car in wrecked shape, part it out (except the engine, I got plans for it) and the premium shoots up.
